The Winterhalter UC-M Excellence - iPlus is a fantastic warewashing machine that would be right at home in a busy, working kitchen. With its 15.3 litre wash tank and 2.4 litre rinse water consumption this machine can wash between 11 and 48 racks per hour (dependent upon setup and programme).

Connected Wash allows the monitoring of the machine performance through an easy-to-use app or portal dashboard.
