Delivery Guide

Alliance makes all deliveries in our own branded fleet of over 190 vans with our own fully trained drivers using safe contactless delivery. With a longstanding reputation serving Healthcare, Education and Hospitality venues alike, we are a reliable and safe option to get trusted home essentials delivered to your doorstep so that you can stay home.

• Standard delivery is in 1-3 working days and is free of charge for orders over £30 ex VAT (Highlands & islands are subject to a delivery charge)
• Deliveries to Northern Ireland make take slightly longer than 1-3 days. Please contact us for more detailed delivery information.
• Standard delivery only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas.
• Orders placed after 12pm Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday.
• Standard UK delivery excludes Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. For these areas please check the remote and offshore delivery information below.
• Kitchen & Capital Equipment delivery times may vary depending upon stock availability at the time of your order.
• Please note: we cannot deliver Kitchen & Capital Equipment on Saturdays
• Please note: next day delivery is not available for liquid and chemical products

Remote Deliveries

• For remote areas, offshore please allow 3-4 days for delivery.
• A supplementary delivery cost for heavy equipment may apply.
• We cannot offer premium delivery options for remote areas.
• Please note: our remote delivery service excludes the Orkney Islands
