It also has a standard cooking capacity of 6 eggs (but with additional Baskets can be inceased in 10 eggs per gastronorm). The Egg Boiler works in a very similar way to a Bain-Marie - with a underneath heating element heating a Aluminium Plate transferring heat throughout the 1/3 GN regulated by the Safety Thermostat to prevent overheating or lack of water. For easy tidying this unit also comes with a Stainless Steel lid.
