Roller Grill Cold Smoking Smoker Machine FM4 is the cost effective way to smoke duck breast, filet mignon, sausages, bacon, ham, salmon, trout, eel, herring. If the shelf is removed then larger items can be smoked such as a ham joints.
The smoking is done at a low temperature to eliminate excess water without drying out the product or turning it crispy. The smoke is produced by slow burning oak sawdust and then cooling in the smoking chamber to provide an even coverage.
