The COES061R electric compact combination oven is perfect for kitchens with limited space or demand, as it is only 510mm wide. It features user-friendly manual controls that allow you to choose between three cooking modes: convection, steam, or a combination of both. With 99 recipe storage and a 2.4" LCD color screen, accessing saved recipes, washing programs, and settings is a breeze. This combi oven can hold 6 x 1/1 GN trays, with 60mm of space between shelves. It comes with an automatic washing system and a retractable hand shower, ensuring easy maintenance of the oven chamber. The detergent container is discreetly housed in a compartment under the oven chamber. Additionally, a multipoint core probe is included. You can choose from various stand options and accessories, such as a condenser hood. For increased capacity, two of these units can be stacked on top of each other. This unit is also available in single phase.
