Cleaning is made convenient with the rapid cooling system and the removable Oracle Wash Box that protects the oven chamber. Cleaning chemicals are available to prevent grease buildup or remove existing grease.

The oven's 7" touch screen display can be customized to show only the recipes needed for your menu. It allows for easy addition of new food items and adjustment of cooking times. Users can also upload their own images for instant recognition. The oven has built-in WiFi connectivity, enabling the uploading and sharing of recipes through the Nabook plus platform. This platform provides access to programs and advice from operators worldwide.
