The G2844F Infinity fryer is like no other. On top of it's unique pre-mix burner system and heat exchanger, which ensure reliability and incredibly fast heat up and recovery times, providing significant savings in oil and energy consumption and the inbuilt filtration system that extends oil life and improves the quality and consistency of the food, it is also programmable, offering even further convenience. Only 16 litres of oil is needed to fill the uniquely-designed flat bottom pan, much less than traditional fryer models, thus providing additional savings in expensive oil costs.
