These machines are built for heavy usage and are built to last.

Potato chippers and peelers create perfectly prepared homemade chips and you are able to vary the size of your chips or French fries because they come with different blade sizes.  There are two versions, hand operated or electrical.  The hand-operated is a little more labour intensive but suitable for restaurants which only serve small quantities of chips.  For those serving large quantities, seek out machinery which can cope with big amounts up to 15lb.  To keep blades sharp on hand cutting potato chippers don’t forget to purchase knife blocks.
