FAQs

What can you cook on a griddle?

Anything you would cook in an iron skillet can pretty much be cooked on a griddle. Fish, meat, burgers, vegetables, eggs, pancakes, flatbreads and more can all be quickly and efficiently cooked on a griddle.

How should I clean my griddle

What we would always recommend is read your manual as this will usually have the information you require when it comes to cleaning. We would also say when cleaning your griddle, firstly remove any large visible food remains before applying the manufacturers recommended clean solutions to the griddle surface.
