The SBC 40 F is a mobile central islet Refrigerated Buffet bar (+2°C /+10°C) It is a self-serving model for your cold dishes, such as salads, cold starters, meats, desserts etc. Excellent cooling is generated from a double contact pin in exchange with the stainless steel plate with no need to defrost as the evaporator pipe is protected from the air. The SBC 40 F has many desirable features such as an open cabinet space storage possibility for plates and trays, attractive stainless steel upright posts, central breathe protection glass roof fitted with a white-cold LED lighting system that gives a brilliant illumination and a shelf with removable protection. Extra-large knockdown plate holders are fitted with aluminum tracks for easy tray slide movement. This mobile unit is fitted with four double-castors with a two brake system. The SBC 40 F can fit every kind of gastronorm container to the depth of 150mm including 4x 1/1 Gastronorm (This unit is not supplied with any gastronorms). Wooden structure available in three different finishes Light Oak, Mahogany or Black.
