Entirely dismountable bell and knife (Robot-Coupe exclusive patented system) for easy cleaning, perfect hygiene and easy maintenance. This unit also has a stainless steel foot and blade to ensure high levels of hygiene, with a sharpening design to give optimum speed and perfect quality of cut.
