A professional gear driven planetary mixer with a powerful, variable speed DC motor; comes complete with beater, whisk, dough hook and 5Ltr stainless steel removable bowl. This mixer by Metcalfe is fully interlocked for safety whilst in use, featuring an overload protection (NVR device) and a wire safety guard to allow easy addition of liquid to the mixer bowl. The head lifts for easy bowl and tool removal and cleaning. Incorporating a constant mixing with step-less speed control, this machine is ideal for preparation of light dough, pastry, cream, mayonnaise, sauces, crème patisserie, eggs and mashed potato.
