Self-Seal Thermal Sanitised cutlery pouches,suitable up to 4 Pieces of cutlery (dependant on cutlery size and shape)
It's as simple as 1,2,3...
1. Thoroughly clean, polish and dry your cutlery.
2. Place the clean cutlery in the pouches and seal using the adhesive strips.
3. Place the sealed cutlery packs on a perforated tray in your steamer or steam oven and steam at 100oC for 25 minutes or at 150oC for 15 minutes.
Items wrapped in the self seal thermal sanitised cutlery pouches should be stored carefully in a clean, dry place to ensure pouches don't get damaged. Inspect packs for any damage prior to use. Cutlery will remain sanitised for 7 days whilst stored in the pouches.
Storage conditions 30-50% RH humidity.
Items wrapped in EpicureSecure self-seal pouches should be stored carefully in clean, dry conditions to avoid damage to packs. Inspect packs for damage prior to use. Do not use if pack is damaged.
Items should be removed from the oven and left to air dry. Care should be taken when handling as they may be hot.
