Your delivery man Nigel is a huge asset to your company. Last week when he was delivering the first part of my order, he rang to let me know that he was there and check where I was. Unfortunately I could not be there. Nigel went the extra mile and called my neighbour who accepted the parcel on my behalf. Further, this morning Nigel rang me to let me know that he would be coming past today with the last of my order. I told that I could not be there and it made no bother about it and called one of the neighbours who again accepted the parcel. Today Nigel rang me before he gave the parcel to the neighbour so I could speak to him and confirm who it was. Again Nigel is an asset to your company. I will have no heistation to order from your site again as well as recommend you to my friends and family.
