    • An alternative to this is to simply type the name of the item you are looking for into the product search box. You can refine your search by product range or brand to make life even easier
• How do I find special offers and promotions?
  • You get access to many of the special offers that you will find in Alliance Online in several places:
    • The 'Special Offers' tab contains lists of offers and promotions.
    • You will be shown individual offers whilst moving around the web site.
    • Follow the link on any promotional banner throughout the web site.
• How do I add items to my basket?
  • Wherever you see an 'add' button you can click this to add the corresponding item to your basket. To change this quantity, enter the quantity required into the box in the column marked 'Qty'.
• How do I check out my order?
  • Simply click on the 'Checkout now' button found in your basket page.
