How to return goods

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return an item, we will be happy to refund in full or exchange, if it is in full resaleable condition. Returns should be made within reasonable time (usually 30 days) and in original undamaged packaging.

Should goods be delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please report to us immediately and confirmed in writing within 3 days of delivery.

Please note that there may be a collection charge for any items returned.

Warranty Repairs

If any Alliance product proves defective within a year of purchase then we will repair it at no cost to you.

Our warranty does not apply to wear or tear, or if a product has been damaged or misused.

It does not apply to a small number of machines marked 'No Commercial Warranty' which must be returned direct to the manufacturer in the event of a breakdown.
